Modern wedding ceremonies are a far cry from the stuffy, formal, indoor affairs of the past. Employing an authorised civil marriage celebrant to celebrate your marriage means we can work together to create a moment that is just perfect for the two of you.
What's the vibe for your big day?
Just The Two of You
Do you just want to be joined together legally as partners in love and life, without any of the romantic storytelling, fanfare or guests? I can marry you next to the chicken coop, on your front verandah, sitting on your couch - or you can even come and get married in my shady idyllic backyard! These ceremonies are a private, legals-only affair with no ritual or equipment or personalised writing. Just the two of you, a couple of witnesses and your quiet love story.
Elopements & Micro-Weddings!
Very small weddings, week-day weddings, surprise-we're-married! weddings.... maybe a micro-wedding or elopement is for you! These ceremonies do not require a signing table or PA system and have minimal guests, or none at all, but all of the romance and all of the legal requirements.
All The Bells and Whistles!
My absolute fave! All of the fanfare, the sparkly dresses, the suave tuxedos, the ritual, the tears, the excitement. These ceremonies are personally written, with vow-writing assistance included, use of my PA system and signing table and the inclusion of beautiful, personal rituals. Unlimited guests and unlimited romance!

Obligation-free meeting, phone call or zoom meeting to see if we are the right fit!

In-Person meeting to discuss requirements and complete initial paperwork

Lodgment of the Notice of Intended Marriage (one month before the wedding date)

Preparation of all other paperwork required to be signed on the day

Support to complete paperwork as required

Lodgment of all paperwork following the ceremony to Births, Deaths & Marriages (BDM)

Delivery of a legally compliant ceremony that meets your requirements and requests​

Information about pre-marriage education and counselling, and support or referrals to access services as required

Ceremonies can also include the following as required

Personally written ceremony (or select from one of my templates!) telling your unique love story in an entertaining, emotional and possibly hilarious way (if that's your vibe!)

Phone and email contact to ensure the ceremony meets your requirements

Phone and email contact to support you and your partner to write your own personal vows (and to make sure they fit together while keeping them secret from one another!)

Rituals (see below) and other creative ways of creating symbolism, meaning and an entertaining, memorable ceremony (ritual equipment may incur additional costs)

Rehearsal of the ceremony at the proposed venue

Use of my Personal Announcement (PA) system to ensure all guests can hear the ceremony

Use of my signing table and chairs

Coordination of ceremony guests to the extent required for the ceremony to run smoothly and to the couple's expectations

Expert advice and guidance regarding planning of a smooth, memorable ceremony
